ROOM BOOKING POLICY 1. ELIGIBILITY - Bookings are restricted to approved members only - Valid membership status must be maintained for booking privileges 2. BOOKING RULES - Maximum Booking Duration: 4 hours per session - Maximum Advance Booking: 30 days ahead - Members can have up to 3 active bookings at a time 3. OPERATING HOURS - Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM 4. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION - Payment required as a monthly membership. - Free cancellation up to 24 hours before booking - £20 penalty charge for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. 5. ROOM USAGE - Maximum capacity must be respected - Room must be left in original condition - No food or drinks except water - All equipment must be handled with care - Report any issues immediately 6. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES - Arrive on time for bookings - Respect noise levels - Clean after use - Follow all posted guidelines - Respect other members' privacy 7. AMENITIES INCLUDED - WiFi - Basic supplies 8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES - Subletting or transferring bookings - Commercial photography without permission - Activities violating local laws - Activities disturbing other members 9. MODIFICATIONS - Management reserves the right to modify booking terms - Members will be notified of changes via email - Updated policies will be posted in the member portal 10.
